Why Patients Choose The WISH Clinic
Advanced Oxygen Therapies
VaporOx Hyperoxic Therapy provides concentrated oxygen directly to the wound to promote faster healing. This approach is more comfortable and more accessible than traditional hyperbaric chambers and aligns with current best practices in advanced wound care.
Real-Time Imaging with Near-Infrared Spectroscopy
Near Infrared Spectroscopy, also called NIRS, allows us to assess microcirculation and tissue oxygenation without pain or invasive procedures. This gives our team precise data to adjust treatment, monitor progress, and help prevent complications such as infection, delayed healing, and amputation risk.
Expert Debridement Techniques
We use KYLON tissue removal tools, which allow gentle but effective removal of devitalized tissue. This promotes a cleaner wound bed and supports healthy granulation, which is a critical step in moving chronic wounds back into an active healing phase.
Infection Control and pH Management
Using evidence-based methods to maintain an optimal wound environment helps reduce bacterial load, inflammation, and delayed healing. Our approach is grounded in pH wound management science, which has shown clear benefits for chronic wound recovery. By supporting a slightly acidic wound environment, we can improve enzyme activity, oxygen release, and overall tissue repair.
Compassionate and Personalized Care
Wound healing is not just clinical. It is emotional. Our team supports the whole patient with education, encouragement, and clear communication at every visit.
We also provide specialized support for individuals in palliative and end-of-life care, with a focus on skin integrity, comfort, and dignity.
We frequently treat diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure injuries, post surgical wounds, radiation related wounds, and chronic wounds that have not improved with standard care.
We use advanced diagnostics and treatments such as VaporOx Hyperoxic Therapy, NIRS imaging, KYLON debridement technology, and pH guided wound management. Our care model blends clinical innovation with compassionate education and patient support.
Referral needs depend on your insurance plan. Many patients come through primary care, podiatry, surgery, or home health, but you may also contact us directly and our team will guide you on what is required.
VaporOx delivers concentrated oxygen directly to the wound surface, providing many of the healing benefits of hyperbaric oxygen without the need for a pressurized chamber. It is non invasive, comfortable, and integrates easily into a comprehensive treatment plan.
Yes. We provide specialized palliative skin and wound care with a focus on comfort, symptom control, odor management, and preservation of dignity for patients living with serious or life limiting conditions.
